In Ayurveda and Yogic wisdom, seasonal transitions are considered Powerful opportunities to reset. The body and mind are more responsive to purification practices like Shatkarma, Pranayama (Breathwork) and Somatic Yogic movement at these junctures.
And all helping to:
Clear out accumulated heat and toxins from summer
Boost immunity in preparation for colder months
Realign circadian rhythms and digestive fire (Agni)

What You’ll Experience:
1. SHATKARMAS – Yogic Cleansing Techniques
Neti (Nasal Rinse with Neti Pot)�Clear nasal passages and awaken pranic flow through this foundational purification practice.
Kavala / Oil Pulling�Ayurvedic oral cleansing using oil to support immunity and detoxification.
Trataka �candle gazing�
Head Wrapping�Calm the nervous system and induce deep relaxation by gently wrapping the crown.
2. PRANAYAMA & BREATHWORK
Gentle Agnisar/Kapalabhati prep�Light abdominal movement to ignite digestive fire and prepare for breathwork
Kapalabhati �Skull Shining Breath & to fire up the Agni to energise and purify.
Bhastrika �Bellows Breath to build inner heat and vitality.
Nadi Shodhana�Alternate nostril breath for balance and clarity.
3. MUDRAS – Yogic Gestures for Energy Flow
Hasta Mudras �Hand gestures for grounding, energy flow, and breath control.
Drishti & Eye Mudras �Focal point practices to support meditative stillness.
4. SOMATIC YOGA EXPLORATION
Guided intuitive movement, unwinding patterns of tension and re-educating the nervous system through slow, conscious, breath-led motion.
Blend of floor-based work, spinal waves, and gravity-focused awareness.
5. CHANTING & SOUND INTEGRATION
Simple Sanskrit mantras for vibrational release and energetic alignment.
Grounding sound bath or vocal toning to close the session.
