An official EYARD ride, lead by Advanced Tutor, Adam Abel.

Meet at Bainton Stop, 09:30 for 10:00 start.

Route is 145 miles into Nidderdale, with stops at Sophie's Cafe, Hampsthwaite (60 miles) Border House Teas, Masham (90 miles) and The Fika Room, Easingwold (115 miles) before finishing at Seaways.

PLEASE ADHERE TO ALL RULES OF THE ROAD INCLUDING THE SPEED LIMIT.
THERE WILL BE PLENTY OF REST AND CAKE STOPS EN ROUTE.
