Autumn Equinox Retreat & Nurture Day

If I had to pick a favourite season, Autumn would be it. There is something truly magical about the golden light of this season as it catches morning mists and dews. All around is mellow ripeness, as the summer pastel palette turns to rich, earthy scarlets and golds.
With the sun almost directly over the equator, the Autumn Equinox marks a mid-point in our journey through the seasons. Night and day are of equal length giving us the perfect time to focus on looking at the balance in our lives. As we celebrate the harvest of another year, it is a good time to reflect on our hopes and aspirations for the year so far and sow the seeds of new ideas for the future.
Savour the Autumn bliss with woodland bathing and crafting. Make your own willow wreath and adorn it with foraged berries, seed heads and other Autumn treasures.
Delicious lunch and soothing hot drinks provided.
