Full Moon Nature Sound Bath

An amazing treat for the nervous system and senses. As well as the backdrop of birds, breeze and other nature sounds, the instruments sound exquisite outside amongst the trees and laying on the woodland ground has an incredibly powerful ‘earthing’ effect.
The session begins in the woodland with a Guided meditation around the fire-pit, we will honour the Full Moon and the energy it offers our lives with intention setting and affirmation. We will then take to the ground with mats and blankets for a beautifully soothing sound bath, followed by hot drinks for grounding before travelling home.
