Meeting Reminder!
TUESDAY, August 19th, at 7pm
It’s almost show time! Wow that went fast. This will be our last monthly meeting before our big annual show in September, so it’s important, and appreciated, if you could attend. We need to discuss “show day” tasks, what needs to be done, judging, etc. to make the show a success. We need judges! Every year we run into this problem, and it’s very hard to get people to volunteer, please help. Show flyers are also in, so please grab a handful to hand out if you see a VW going down the road, or just to hang up in the local supermarket! Also, if you have any ideas for the show, please speak up! We’d love to hear you! We hope to see you there!

Our meetings will now be held on the THIRD TUESDAY of each month going forward. We have a private, quiet room with a door, and a family owned business that is happy to host us! There is a small municipal parking lot across the street (Powell Avenue) with ample parking. We ask that you park there so we can get back to the “car talk” that we’re used to having before each meeting. The LIVC is looking forward to many more years of enjoying food, friends and cars in our new home, and we hope that everyone can make it down to B.K. Sweeney's Parkside Tavern for our next meeting so we can show them that the LIVC can continue to fill up their room! Did we mention they are fine with doing separate checks too? We hope to see you there!
