Twilight Yin Yoga & Group Reiki

You are invited for a an evening of Twilight Yin Yoga & Group Reiki. We will be meditating with Mother Nature as we open our hearts and minds in this unique combination. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, blocks and bolsters if you have them. If you do not have any of these items, don't let that stop you, come as you are! Afterward we will come together for a group Cacao Circle to close out this enchanting evening. If you have never done Yin Yoga and are not sure I will walk you through it every step of the way! You will leave feeling lighter, brighter and loved! Suggested energy exchange is $20.00
