Sound Meditation with Meg Green
Sound has the ability to bring us into a deeply relaxed state. While many people struggle to meditate by themselves, they may find it easier to let go of thoughts when exposed to a soothing soundscape. Join Meg Green at edRocks as she takes you on a sonic journey playing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, chimes and flutes. No experience is necessary.
** Please arrive 30 minutes early to choose your spot and set up your nest !!

What to bring:
Wear comfortable clothes and bring yoga mats, blankets, bolsters, etc. to build yourself a comfortable nest.
Most people like to enjoy a sound meditation while laying down, but it’s also OK to sit in a chair or on the ground.
Wear comfortable clothes and dress in layers so you can adjust if your body temperature changes.
Please bring water and you may want something to cover your eyes, like a bandana or an eye pillow.
Some people like to write in a journal after.
