Intro to Trail Running Clinic + BRF Trail Preview

We are hosting our first of two, Intro to Trail Running Clinics, with Aardvark Sports Shop.

We're excited to get you out on the trails at Dodson St Park on the trail course for the Bethlehem Running Festival. The course preview will be led by course designer, Bart Yasso, and RD, Jerry Steward.

The clinic will be led by Aimee Kohler, competitive trail runner and running coach with The Running Kind.

At the clinic we will touch on some specific strategies for tackling the trails, proper footwear, trail safety and of course... my favorite... hills! If there is something specific you'd like to get into, feel free to reach out or share on the discussion page.
