MIG Welding With A Buddy Workshop

It takes courage to move forward into the unknown…especially when you can’t see where you’re going! This class is all about learning to trust your senses so you can feel your way through. Once you become more aware you become more confident and are able to improve with each attempt.

This beginner workshop introduces the basics of “MIG” welding and how easy it can be to permanently join pieces of metal. We will teach the proper welding set up, metal prep, various types of weld joints, clamping, tacking and finishing welds. This workshop is a great first step for building skills and confidence with welding that will translate to more creative explorations as you go.

Ages 12 and up. All minors must participate with an adult.
