Bethany Fuel Depot Lunch Setup New Menu Item Added
I'll be back setup at the Bethany Fuel Depot Friday July 11th serving up my BBQ from 11 am until 3 pm or sold out. We'll have Texas Style Brisket, Pulled Pork, St. Louis Cut Pork Spare Ribs, and a Newly added item, Pork Belly Burnt Ends. Smoked Pork Belly pieces smoked to perfection and then glazed and finished in an apricot sweet and spicy glaze. Pig Candy is what I call them and they are absolutely delicious. Sides of Cheesy Hashbrown Casserole, Smoked Beans, Coleslaw, and 3/8" Straight cut French Fries. Text orders or call ahead orders may be sent via Facebook messenger or to (816) 726-1575 starting at 10 am the day of. Come out and have lunch with us!!
