Mindful Eating Workshop

Come join us in a brief Mindful Eating exercise!
We will learn about Mindful Eating, by engaging in a fun, interactive tasting exercise. By savoring our food,( noticing colors, flavors, textures, smells) and paying close attention to our hunger cues, this may help us transform our relationship with food.
Research shows that an evidence-based mindful eating program can help uncover the root causes of our habits and rewire our brain to create new habits that we feel good about. By replacing automatic thoughts and reactive behaviors with conscious, mindful, empowered responses without the use of willpower or external cues.
Menu will be released the week before and will consist of 5 small simple items to experience. You are welcome to bring a few items of your own if you have any sensitivies or would like to explore mindful eating with any special snacks.
This event is no cost to attend~
Please pre-register in advance so we can bring enough snacks!
