Community Cacao Circle

Cacao : a heart-opening plant medicine served in the form of a warm, spiced beverage.

This Ceremony will focus on fortifying our heart health with loving intentions

for the cold months ahead.

We will start with opening sacred space and sipping our Cacao together before going into a heart opening guided meditation. Next we will move into a small sound journey, followed by conscious movement and concluding with an open space to begin integration through dance, drumming, singing, personal journaling or any combination of the four.

Bring water and wear something comfortable.
