☆ Swans For Play
«Swans For Play» is a performance and dance piece in four acts exploring the grey zone between seduction and manipulation. Through a lesbian gaze, two female protagonists build up an intense dynamic of mutual desire. Reclaiming clichés of seduction with their strangeness and playfulness. Not only embodying their human selves, they step in and out of embodying a hybrid deer and swan creature. Oscillating between human and animalistic states: gazing, desiring, manipulating one another.

A solo performance exploring a personal journey under unusual circumstances, where memories, family, poetry, and movement intertwine to deconstruct the self.
It begins with Darwish’s question: “Who am I to tell you what I tell you?” diving into the strangeness of coincidence that weaves life’s details. A long theatrical monologue, where scattered words, cries, and fragmented tales emerge as recurring rituals of memory.
