Men of Berlin/Gorham, come get physically and spiritually fit!
Workout begins at 0630 at the Basketball Court at Community Field (RAIN OR SHINE). We will do three rounds (upper body, abs, lower body) with jogging in between so workout clothes and shoes are important. More details below but just a couple of disclaimers first:
1. You do not need to be a believer to attend, we will have a brief time of fellowship at the end and men can share prayer requests. You are not obligated to stay for this portion but would love it if you did!
2. Any fitness level is welcome. It will be self-paced, and any exercise can be modified or avoided based on your physical needs.
WORKOUT DETAILS
5-10 Minute Warmup
20-30 Minute Workout
Round 1 - Cinder Block Pushups (jog to interval lines on basketball court, near free throw, half court, far free throw, full court - 5x elevated pushups using cinder blocks at each interval)
Jog a Lap
Round 2 - Cinder Block Situps (jog to interval lines on basketball court, near free throw, half court, far free throw, full court - 5x sit-ups using cinder blocks to hold feet at each interval)
Jog a Lap
Round 3 - Cinder Block Squats (side lunge to near free throw line, side lunge to half court, jog to far free throw line, jog to full court - 5x Goblet Squat using cinder block at each interval)
Jog a Lap
5-10 Minute Cooldown
10 Minute Faith and Fellowship (quick devotion followed by prayer requests and quick time of prayer)
