Spinal Care Workshop

Join Dr. Charles Fogie of Roth Family Chiropractic for a presentation on restoring and maintaining the health of your spine. Dr. Fogie will discuss everyday events and habits that can either support or strain your spine and practical ways to make small adjustments in your daily routine to improve spinal health.



About the Presenter

Dr. Charles Fogie is a a chiropractor who specializes in sports injuries and rehabilitation. He holds a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the University of Bridgeport and has a background in athletic training. He is passionate about helping individuals restore function, reduce pain, and optimize performance.
