Reiki & Restore Beach Experience- Assateague State Park 8/1

This 75-minute soul-soothing Reiki & Restore beach experience is for anyone ready to rest, reset, and reconnect—with the ocean, with community, and with themselves. You will be guided through practices intended to bring your body, mind, and spirit into balance, allowing for deep relaxation. Each class will be intuitively led, incorporating gentle movement, breathing techniques, meditation, and Reiki energy healing. No experience with yoga or meditation is necessary.

There are wild ponies at Assateague, so please abide by the park rules and respect the animals who call this beautiful place home.

Parking is in the day lot (state park) and is $5 unless you have an MPS pass, then it is free. After park hours, please place $5 cash into the envelope at the toll booth. It is based on the honor system.

We will be located on the beach, north of the boardwalk toward the youth group campsite area. You'll walk from the parking lot back toward the tool booth and over the dune. Then walk left once you are on the beach. It's about a 10 minute walk from the parking lot to the beach.

I will send my phone number and more specific directions after booking. There is not great wifi on the beach, so arrive early in case you can't find me.
