Light Ray Activation Meditation

Throughout the process of a guided meditation and intentional mindfulness practice with the crystal singing bowls, you will have the opportunity to listen mindfully and heartfully tune in the power of sound. You will leave the evening feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, transformed and ready for the next day.
