Lavender Yoga with Gwyn

Join us for a beautiful evening of movement, stillness, and oneness surrounded by lavender, wild flowers and the grounding sounds and sights of nature. This is always a heartfelt, calming, yet invigorating experience.


This is a great night to come with friends or just by yourself. Bring your mat, a towel or blanket and water, and get ready for a blissful evening of self care.

Class will end with an extra long savasana and guided meditation.
