Each session begins with quiet, calm breathing and a few gentle stretching exercises. Then you will be guided into a gentle meditation by a certified facilitator to help you reach a serene, tranquil, imaginary place. Guided Meditation can help you reduce cortisol, the stress hormone.

You won’t have to watch the clock, trusting that someone is holding safe space for you to relax and decompress.
