Tapestry of Being

Sometimes it only takes one day to remember who you really are.

Tapestry of Being isn’t just a retreat. It’s a day-long descent into presence—with others who are also carrying too much, spinning too many plates, or feeling quietly overwhelmed.

We each bring our own thread:
Disconnection. Worry. Anxiety.
The constant rush of doing.

But something shifts when we land together—when we begin to move, breathe, and listen in a space where nothing needs to be fixed.

Through somatic movement, sound, and shadow work, we soften.
Walls drop.
Tears rise.
We speak what we haven’t dared say out loud.
And we are met—with nods, not solutions.

Held by this circle, we unravel a little.
Then reweave.
A quieter self emerges—more real, more whole.

As one participant shared:
“I came for peace… but got more depth and truth than I expected. In a safe and nurturing space, I could finally hear what I really felt.”

We end with ritual, joy, and clarity—each of us adding one last thread to the shared tapestry.

And then we return home.
Not fixed. But different.
Lighter. Clearer.
More ourselves.
