Do join us for all or part of our Challenge Walk day this Sunday. Starting from Aldbury, just below the Bridgewater Monument, there will be 3 walks totalling 21 miles. Do one, two or even all three walks (if you're really fit!). Taking in the best of the surrounding scenery, we'll be visiting Wigginton, Cow Roast, Ivinghoe Beacon and Ashridge Park among many highlights. Celebratory drinks after to which all are welcome!

ROUTE
From Aldbury we head out across the golf course and Grim's Ditch before picking up GU Canal towpath to near Tring Station. Ridgeway to Wigginton for a coffee stop, then descending to Cow Roast and up Norcott Hill before returning downhill to Aldbury

ROUTE
An undulating walk passing the Bridgewater Monument and continuing northwards over Duncombe Terrace to Gallows Hill and on to Ivinghoe Beacon. After a coffee stop the walk returns to Aldbury via Clipper Down and Tim's Spring.

ROUTE
A relatively flat walk joining The Chiltern Way up through pretty woodland, passing the Ashridge Visitor Centre on the return to Aldbury, finishing at The Greyhound PH for a well-earned beverage (or two!)

NB: IT IS FORECAST TO BE VERY HOT ON SUNDAY, SO PLEASE MAKE SURE TO BRING PLENTY OF WATER, SNACKS AND SUNSCREEN.
No public toilets in Aldbury, but there are a couple of cafes and pubs.
