About Sandy Zirulnik: With nine years of experience in healthcare administration and a background in designing anatomy training programs for allied health workers, Sandy offers a unique blend of scientific precision and yogic wisdom. A yoga practitioner since 1998, and a graduate of The Yoga Room's Advanced Studies Program.
