This semi-private restorative yoga series is designed to offer deep rest in an intimate setting. With a maximum of seven participants, each person will receive significantly more attention, hands-on support, and personalized guidance than in a regular group class. You'll be set up with ample props so each posture can be tailored to your body for maximum comfort and release.
This is a deeper, more nourishing experience for those who already love restorative yoga or are ready to experience what true support can feel like.
