Sundays at Nyingma, 5 - 5:45 pm, in person only

Experience the transformative power of group chanting. The melodic Vajra Guru mantra helps dispel obstacles and settle the mind while connecting to the awakened heart-mind through the example of Padmasambhava, founder of the Nyingma lineage. Session concludes with silent meditation.

No experience needed - our accessible chanting style welcomes all. The mantra is chanted in a slow melodious way that helps deepen meditation and activate inner healing.
