On Summer Solstice we gather as a community to honour the light within and around us. We will move, breathe and practice in ceremony as the sun sets over the ocean.
For centuries yogis have welcomed Solstice as a moment of devotion and reflection.
Not only because it marks a seasonal shift, but because it mirrors our inner evolution.
The practice of Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) is more than movement:
it’s an acknowledgment of lifeforce + gratitude + awakening.
We honour:
The light in nature, the light in each other, and the light in ourselves.
Because living yoga is a practice we embody—not just on the mat but in how we show up in life:
softening where we hold
inviting what we want to grow
letting the breath teach us something
And because shared practice makes us stronger.
When we gather, we remember:
This is a shared invitation:
to release another year,
to acknowledge your path,
to welcome the season ahead,
and to stand in your inner brightness.
