“What I Carry” is about the emotional and mental load each of us holds every day, our memories, responsibilities, joys, fears, routines, relationships, and small habits. Some things feel comforting and grounding; others feel heavy or unspoken.
This theme helps you gently notice: What am I carrying that supports me? What am I carrying that drains me? And what can I put down with love?
A gentle space to slow down, express through simple art, reflect on memories, and explore the emotions we carry—light, heavy, and everything in between.
No art skills needed. Just come as you are.
