About the event

Resilient Play- BIPOC, Queer folks & Allies
EVENT DESCRIPTION:
In times designed to make us feel isolated, invisible and numb, let's exercise the divine muscles of imagination, creative instinct, relational attunement, embodied expression and communal co-creation. Through guided group exercises, we will tap into the power of improvisational play, vibrantly fill space and insist on being healthy and whole so we have energy to thrive, resist and dream new futures. We will be silly, gorgeous and messy!

Minimal cognitive or verbal processing-you won't be expected to solve the world's problems or make any type of sense. Play naturally nourishes resilience, possibility and adaptation-trust its wisdom while having a delicious amount of fun.

No experience with drama, embodied or expressive arts is necessary. I've got you with beginner-friendly facilitation. This is about existence, expression and connection with one another-not performance.

SPACE LIMITED to 20 people and REGISTRATION REQUIRED.

Sliding Scale $55-100 (suggested standard- $80)
Money tight? If this fee range is a barrier to your participation reach out to me at b3RyZXZpbm8gfCBheGlzbXVuZGl0aGVyYXB5ICEgb3Jn to ask about limited lower fee spots.
