Michael Doucet with the Aux Cajunals & Special Guests

Michael Doucet's spellbinding fiddle playing and soulful vocals have anchored his Cajun rock band, Beausoleil, for nearly 50 years. He’ll be backed by the Bay Area's finest Cajun musicians, the Aux Cajunals: Suzy, Eric and Allegra Thompson, Agi Ban and Karen Celia Heil, and other guests including Mark Marcin. Michael has won two Grammies, collaborated with Richard Thompson, Darol Anger, Tom Rigney and other roots music icons, recorded traditional Cajun music with Marc and Ann Savoy and continues to somehow balance pushing the envelope with his progressive rock-oriented material with his deep love of the oldest Cajun music.
