I believe we are all born with innate wisdom and life force.

We are also born into family systems that have been heavily influenced over the generations by social and political and even global events and challenges.

As little ones we aren't able to put words to these larger influences and yet they were felt. Without conscious awareness we perceived and adapted and utilized our amazing nervous systems, physical bodies, emotional capacities and relationships with those around us to figure out how to express ourselves and our needs. We learned how to survive. We learned how to move in the world we lived in.

Is it possible that these influences impact our physical health? Are illness and disease related to family dynamics?

Family Constellations provides the opportunity to ask these questions.

We can, with the support of others as witnesses and representatives, get a new perspective on what our system was like and what we may have done to survive and adapt. It can also provide the opportunity to see other elements that have been supressed or that we have taken on that no longer serve us.

Your presence and support is fundamental for the seeker (client who's system we will be with).

There is also something truly profound in how everyone that comes receives insight into their own family system. The experience can be a gift for all.

What is a Family Constellation?

Family Constellations is a therapeutic method that supports the client in gaining insight into why they are challenged in their present day lives. This could be a physical symptom or confusion about identity, feeling like they don’t belong, or a sense of being stuck in life.
Group members support the client/seeker by representing individuals of a family system offering new insights and perspectives and often revealing elements that have been hidden or excluded from the system, sometimes for generations. There may be unconscious loyalties to past events or ancestors that when brought to light can give us a newfound freedom.

We will do short introductions, an exercise for all and then we will do a personal constellation for one client who has already registered.

Participating in others' constellations can offer powerful insights.
We all benefit from experiencing someone accessing more balance in their system.

No previous experience required.

If you are interested in having your constellation done in the future you must arrange it in advance. The cost of the longer constellation is $350 which includes a phone call prior and a supportive integration call after.
