Join us for a transformative journey into the profound practice of forgiveness and its integration with advanced meditation techniques. Delson Armstrong, renowned meditation teacher and author, will guide participants through a unique exploration of forgiveness inspired by Bhante Vimalaramsi’s teachings, which were originally influenced by Stephen Levine’s Who Dies?. This event is designed to help attendees cultivate clarity, insight, and wisdom through forgiveness as a foundational practice.
Forgiveness is more than a mental exercise—it is a powerful tool for achieving emotional balance and fostering loving-kindness, compassion, joy, and equanimity. Whether you are new to meditation or an experienced practitioner, incorporating forgiveness into your routine can clear emotional blocks, allowing for deeper spiritual growth.
Delson Armstrong will introduce Bhante Vimalaramsi’s original forgiveness meditation technique, sharing insights from his own experiences with this practice. Participants will engage in guided meditations and interactive Q&A sessions to deepen their understanding and application of forgiveness.
In the second half of the event, Delson will present his innovative approach to forgiveness through the lens of Kriya Yoga. This includes:
1:00 PM – Introduction to Forgiveness Meditation
1:30 PM – Guided Meditation
2:00 PM – Q&A Session
2:30 PM – Break
3:00 PM – Exploring Karma, Chakras, Kriya Yoga & Advanced Practices
4:00 PM – Guided Meditation
4:30 PM – Q&A Session
5:00 PM – Closing
This event offers a rare opportunity to learn from Delson Armstrong’s expertise in blending traditional Buddhist meditation with Kriya Yoga techniques. Whether you seek emotional healing or spiritual awakening, this workshop promises practical tools and profound insights to enhance your meditative journey.
This event will be both in-person and livestreamed. Tickets are $45 - $85 sliding scale. Please reach out to ZXZlbnRicml0ZSB8IGJlcmtlbGV5YWxlbWJpYyAhIG9yZw== if this is beyond your means!
Delson Armstrong is a trailblazing meditation teacher and author who leads students to deep personal transformation through traditional and innovative approaches. Affable and playfully irreverent, Delson takes meditation “beyond mindfulness” to bring access to rarified states such as jhāna (deep peace), cessation (awakening experiences), and “mundane Nibbana” or enlightenment in everyday life. He has recently made a splash on Guru Viking and elsewhere with his bold statements about his new perspectives on meditation maps and models.
Building on many years spent internalizing other practice traditions, Delson was authorized to teach TWIM (Tranquil Wisdom Insight Meditation) in 2017, and since then he has been teaching online and onsite retreats and workshops globally. In 2023, he was authorized to teach Kriya Yoga by Forrest Knutson, a well-known Kriya Master and author of Mastering Meditation.
Delson values his independence as a teacher. “I don’t belong to one school of practice. I don’t adhere to the exclusive expectations of any one teacher, community, school, or ideology. I urge you not to believe any claims blindly, whether by myself or others. Test my understanding of the teachings for yourself.” Learn more about Delson at his website here: http://delsonarmstrong.com
