Dance Alchemy: Stillness in Motion

Join our beloved community as we weave conscious dance and sitting meditation together. Using Open Floor's Meditation Cycle, we gather to notice what's present and alive — then embody it in connection with Self, Other, and Spirit.

Every month we move with a different theme, one that enlivens our bodies and inspires our spirits.

Whether you’re completely new to meditation and dance or a seasoned practitioner, there’s a place for you here. We’ll close the evening with delicious organic snacks, shared in community.

Cost: $25–35 sliding scale (+Eventbrite fees) | work exchange and partial scholarships available

What to Bring:
