Messy Bloom is a 6-week yoga journey for anyone who is growing, evolving, healing and becoming — even when life feels full, imperfect and a little wild.
This series is an invitation to soften the idea that we need to be “fixed” or “finished” before we are worthy of rest, ritual or self-connection. Instead, we practice meeting ourselves exactly where we are — in the mess, in the becoming, in the beauty of not having it all figured out.
Each Saturday we gather for a longer, nourishing Sadhana that weaves together:
– slow, intuitive vinyasa, slow flow and yin
– breath and meditation
– gentle yoga philosophy, offered in an accessible and real-life way
– reflections inspired by nature, seasonal rhythms and archetypal wisdom
Across the 6 weeks we move through the metaphor of the flower:
grounding, stretching, weathering, opening, shedding, blooming.
Not as a linear path, but as a cyclical one — because growth isn’t tidy. Some weeks we feel open and expansive, other weeks tender and tired. Both belong.
This is a space for:
people in transition
people holding a lot
people craving depth without pressure
people who want something more meaningful than “just a class”
You don’t need to be flexible, spiritual, calm or healed.
You just need to arrive.
Messy Bloom is about learning how to tend to yourself with honesty, softness and devotion — like a garden that is alive, imperfect, and still wildly beautiful.
