Formed in 1985, this powerhouse 18-piece big band has earned a national reputation for authentically recreating the unforgettable sounds of the 30s, 40s and 50s.

Beloved across Australia’s Lindy Hop and Swing Dance scenes, the Oz Big Band has kept dance floors buzzing with its high-energy performances and faithful renditions of the greats: Count Basie, Duke Ellington, Tommy Dorsey, Jimmie Lunceford, Benny Goodman, Fletcher Henderson, Ella Fitzgerald, Peggy Lee, and many more.
