6 Week Series: Inner Architecture

Inner Architecture is a 6-week progressive inversion series designed to deepen your understanding of how strength, alignment, and awareness work together to create lift.

A progressive inversion series focused on anatomical understanding, intelligent sequencing, and nervous-system awareness.

Across six weeks we explore foundational inversion work, Sirsasana (Headstand), and Handstand in a way that prioritises safety, containment, and clarity.

You’ll build:

🤸🏼‍♀️Functional upper-body and core strength

🤸🏼‍♀️Clear understanding of inversion mechanics

🤸🏼‍♀️Nervous-system steadiness in unfamiliar orientations

🤸🏼‍♀️Confidence through structure rather than performance

This is an invitation to refine effort, build trust, and experience inversions as a grounded, empowering practice.

No experience necessary other than an open mind and willingness to learn.
