I am hosting an intimate meditation course over three consecutive Wednesday evenings in August. August 6, 13 and 20th 7pm - 8:15pm in the beautiful Our Secret Garden Fountaindale.
A few deets: We will explore breath centred meditation to steady the mind, regulate the nervous system and restore a natural state of wellness to the body.
This practice is for everybody, mixed ages and stages. Meditation is a great way to bring more radiance, health and flow into your life. It reduces stress, improves brain function and enhances one’s quality of life.
I’ve been teaching meditation for over 10 years and look forward to sharing this simple practice with you. Come grab a cuppa, exhale and gift yourself a moment to breathe.
