Welcome to an art-making and writing workshop exploring the symbolism of the Tarot led by Jack O'Flynn.
In this workshop artist Jack O'Flynn will guide participants through his collaborative art-making and writing project 'When We See You', sharing some of his research and his reading practice.
In this workshop, participants can expect to be:
*Introduced to the project with a short artist talk by Jack, offering a brief history of divination, Tarot de Marseille and Tarot card reading.
*Engage in fun and relaxed art making and writing exercises to help us understand and connect to the symbolism of the cards from our own lives.

Jack O’Flynn (He/ Him, b.1993) is an Irish artist based in Bergen, Norway. His practice is focused on combinations of sculpture, installation, drawing and animation, which he uses to create enveloping and intimate worlds of texture, form, image, and sound. Jack received his MA from the Academy of Art, University of Bergen (KMD) in 2023. Recent solo exhibitions include ‘The Archer never appeared again and the Dogs changed to moss’ at Hordaland Kunstsenter, Bergen, Norway (2023) and ‘The Palace of Humming Trees’ French St. Glasgow, Scotland (2021).
