About the event

First Friday Community Classes

Come support our recent yoga teacher trainees every first Friday of the month! All are welcomed. This is a vinyasa style class that focuses on connecting your breath to movement. The dynamic flow will build from grounding to peak pose and bring you back down to savasana.

Sliding scale: $10, $15, $20

Dates: 6/6, 7/4, 8/1, 9/5, 10/3, 11/7

5:30-6:30 P.M.
