Self-Love for Girls - a workshop for girls 10-15

Self Love Club: A Workshop for Girls (Ages 10–15):

Join us for a heart-centered space where girls can connect, reflect, and grow. This 75-minute workshop blends movement, breath work, journaling, and playful group activities to nurture emotional awareness and confidence.

Together, we’ll explore calming tools, self-expression, and simple practices to feel more grounded, supported, and empowered in everyday life.

Each participant receives a take-home journal and a calm card with affirmations and coping strategies they can use anytime.

This session, led by Gabby Mitchneck, Ayurvedic Practitioner, creates a safe and uplifting space to build connection, from within and with one another.

In this workshop, we’ll explore:
Breathwork and body awareness
Self-kindness and emotional regulation
Journaling for self-reflection
Mindful movement and grounding practices
Group games that support connection and confidence
