Women's Adventure Retreat
Camp Manitowa, Benton, IL
October 17th - 19th
Join Sally Drake for an incredible weekend of connection, discovery, fun, and relaxation with a group of amazing women!
Here is the tentative schedule. Please keep in mind, you can do all of it or pick and choose!
Friday:
4:00-5:00pm - Arrive and get settled in your yurt
5:00pm – Gather for a rundown of the weekend events,
introductions, meet our facilitators, & set intentions for the weekend.
6:00pm – Dinner - the food will be amazing.
Bonfire and live music!
Saturday:
Anytime: Hike around camp trails
7:30 – Coffee available & grab n' go breakfast
9:00am – Yoga for all levels with Debby Siegel
10:00am - Sound Bath with Jessie Ivesco
11:30am - BRUNCH
Afternoon options:
12:30-1:30pm - Kayaking or Arts & Crafts
1:30pm - Ropes Course
2:30pm - Comedy with Shay Dominguez
4:00pm - Optional Pleasant Hollow Winery excursion on the camp bus OR arts and crafts
6pm - Dinner
7pm - Music, dancing, & fun around the bonfire
Sunday:
7:30am - Coffee available & grab n' go breakfast
9:00am - Yoga for all levels with Debby Siegel
9:45am - Sound Bath with Jessie Ivesco
11:00pm - Brunch & reflection
Option for bike ride, hike, kayaking before departing!
During the entire camp, you can pick and choose what you will attend.
Curate your weekend!
Take all the free time that you want!
Sleep late, have a friend grab you breakfast!
What to bring:
- Bedding & towels (if you are flying in, contact Sally about this)
- Sunscreen
- Flashlight or headlamp
- Yoga mat
- Ear plugs
- A variety of clothing/hats/shoes for activities and weather changes
- Small blanket for bonfire, etc
- Bicycle if you have one
Lodging:
Yurts & cabins
