Thursday:
3:00pm – Arrive and settle in at your house
5:00pm – Welcome and unwind at a beautiful resort home as we get to know each other, meet the facilitators, and set our intentions for the weekend
6:00pm - Sips n’ Snacks – yummy dinner from Katy's Organic Kitchen and beverages while we take you through the agenda and options for your weekend + time to network
7:00pm - Master your Morning - Sally & facilitators share tips on creating a morning routine to keep you healthy, happy, and productive
8:00pm – Ladies head to your house/condo to enjoy a peaceful night
Friday Morning:
Meet at Charrette Creek Commons (you can arrive and workout early if you like. There is a gym in the same building and a beautiful walking trail!)
8:00am – Coffee, connection, and light breakfast bites
9:00am – Steph Auping - Hurdles to Women’s Advancement (interactive)
11:00am - Brunch + Creative Journaling
Afternoon Options:
12:00pm - Focused work session = Power Sprint with Sally
1:00pm - Shannon Shores & Jordan Kimler, NP - The Ultimate Guide to Thriving
2:00pm Break / Networking / Walk
3:00pm - Cathy Davis - Navigating the Wild, Wild West of Publishing + interactive writing session
4:30pm - Yoga
Break
6:00pm - Dinner at the house or Commons (tbd)
7:00pm - Bonfire if weather is right!
Saturday:
7:30am - Option for hike or workout
8:30am – Coffee, connection, and breakfast at Charrette Creek Commons
10:00am - Facilitator - details coming soon!
11:00am - Yoga + Sound Bath
12:00pm - Lunch and closing reflections
12:45pm - Optional hike if weather is right!
What to bring:
- Comfy clothes
- Shoes for walking
- Yoga mat (we have a few extras)
- Small blanket for yoga, possible fire pit fun
- Swimsuit for indoor pool & hot tub
- Laptop
- Projects, ideas, etc to tackle in our focused work sessions
