Pickin' in the Barn

Due to the potential risk of inclement weather in the region, the Pickin' originally scheduled at Sugarloaf Park in Benton has been moved indoors to the Show Barn in Benton on June 6th at 6:30pm. Bring your instruments and see you there. The address is 6032 Hwy. 411, Tennessee 37307.

This event is a self-led gathering of Appalachian music enthusiasts, welcoming all ages and skill levels! Whether you're a seasoned musician, a beginner, or simply a lover of traditional mountain music, come share in the joy of ballads, bluegrass, hymns, and string tunes. Connect with the community, celebrate our rich musical heritage, and enjoy a fun, free event open to everyone!

For the Friday June 6th date, it will be held at the Show Barn in Benton, TN every starting at 6:30pm. This event purposes to keep traditional Appalachian music alive and is a way to celebrate our shared love for old-style tunes in a community setting. Bring your own chairs and instruments. This is a family friendly event.
