Reiki Level I

Come and learn how to work with your own limitless energy!

Reiki is not outside you, it's the energy within! Learn how to awaken this powerful life force and use it for your own healing, as well as working with others. This level I attunement is a transmission of Reiki knowledge from master to student.

Beyond this ceremony, you will learn many ways to use and facilitate your "ki" or life force energy. Additionally you will receive the following:
- Reiki Level I Course Manual
- Practices for harnessing and developing your energy
- Meditation routines
- Exercises to strengthen your senses
- Demonstrations in reiki and the chance to practice
- Symbols workshop
- Primer on self-protection
