February is about exploring love in its many forms and helping our youth develop a healthy understanding of love and its impact on relationships, confidence, and overall mental and emotional well-being.

📚 What We’re Learning:
✔️ Agape Love — Explore unconditional love as a foundation for confidence, connection, and emotional well-being.
✔️ Who I Am vs. What I Do — Build healthy self-esteem by separating identity from mistakes or behavior.
✔️ Positive Self-Talk — Strengthen thought patterns and emotional health through encouraging words.
✔️ The Lord’s Prayer — Reflect on moments of prayer and guidance to support grounding and focus.
