UN'WINE'D: May You Honor Yourself

Come experience a special Vin-Yin yoga flow that embarks us on a journey of self-reflection and self-care!

What is included?

🌸Tickets for the event are $25, and include access to the one hour yoga class and an included wine pour or non-alcoholic beverage option.

🌸The class will be a Vin-Yin style yoga sequence that will begin with a powerful reflection and meditation, allowing space for morning breathwork together. In our one-breath one-movement portion of class, we'll build heat and strength as we build activation and work the muscles. The last portion of class will focus on holding postures that invite relaxation, as you get into the deeper connective tissues of the body.

🌸Mats are available to borrow if needed.

🌸End class with a social hour, as you mingle and enjoy a beverage.
