Renee Ruhlman, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Nebraska and Colorado, is also a Yoga Teacher Training graduate (YTT - 200). Since beginning on her mental health journey in 2005, she has woven mindfulness practices along with parts work and extensive studies with the Enneagram.

This marks the fifth year that Renee will host the Butterfly Retreat, and she is delighted to now partner with Jenny Bonta of Sacred Woman Collective, for this transformative experience.

Having grown up in southwest Nebraska, Jenny nurtures a deep love for both its people and the land. Since the inception of the Nebraska branch of Sacred Woman Collective in 2023, she has been committed to fostering healing. As a trauma-informed somatic breathwork facilitator, along with her expertise in EFT, Access Bars, and sound healing, Jenny currently studies the magical interplay of nature and ritual with breathwork to enhance one’s healing journey.
