PJ is an experienced 500 hour yoga facilitator, leading students through an inner journey of complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation, Through the power of connecting awareness to breath with slow mindful movements, while playful with sound and oils. She’s lead Namaspa’s Sunday evening, 7 yin class for 8 years
Chris Thier is a certified Breathwork Facilitator and Reiki Practitioner dedicated to guiding others toward deep healing and self-discovery. A veteran with a background in holistic wellness, Chris integrates breath, mindfulness, and energy work to help individuals release stress, gain clarity, and reconnect with their inner strength. His compassionate and grounded approach creates a safe space for transformation, whether in group workshops or one-on-one sessions.
