Defensive Pistol Program - Certified Instructor

Defensive Pistol Program (DPP) Instructor Candidates must complete the eLearning prerequisite with a passing score of 80% in order to ensure they understand the philosophies and methodologies related to this curriculum. On day one, Instructor Candidates will go through the end user experience - both classroom and range. On day two, the DPP TC will cover the goal, set up, brief and tips for each of the drills involved in this program of instruction. Finally, on day three, candidates will conduct teach backs (they will play the role of DPP CI and their classmates play the role of end user) while the DPP TC subjectively and objectively evaluates their performance.
