Sound Bath Sunday - Family Friendly!

As a courtesy please have a minimum of 1 Adult per 4 children for safety and supervision purposes. This event is best for ages 5 years and up.
Ages 15 and under FREE ADMISSION
16 & up $15 - please pre pay through the link. Last minute arrivals please bring cash.
This family friendly Sound Bath Sunday came highly requested and I like to make things happen.
So come join me for a light hearted fun way to introduce your littles to a relaxing activity in the park. We will start with some stretches and a short introduction. Then for approximately 30-40 minutes I will play the instruments. The final portion will be interactive. I will be asking for little volunteers to come and play the brass singing bowls, maracas, rain stick, and rattles.
A Sound Bath can be a family friendly event when we gear the sounds to accommodate the little ears. Having it outdoors helps with the over stimulation by softening the sounds. Time:
Event starts promptly at 130pm! Come as early as 1230pm to pick your slice of yard.
What to wear: Comfortable clothing that is nonrestrictive and shoes that are easily removed.
What to bring: blanket / yoga mat/ chair or other comfort items. These will NOT be provided.
This is a rain or shine event unless there are storms. I prefer the sun but a little dance in the rain never hurt!
