ABOUT PRERELEASE
Prerelease is one of the most fun SW:U tournament experiences, and only rolls around a limited number of times per year. Prerelease is your first opportunity to buy and play with cards from the latest expansion! As nobody has played with the cards before, the playing field is as level as it gets, and everyone is discovering the set for the first time. This is also a great event for new players as you can jump-start your collection.
At prerelease, each player is provided with a prerelease kit containing 6 Legends of the Force booster packs, 2 promo leader cards, and a deckbox. You will then construct a reduced-size 30 card deck with which to play the subsequent rounds.
ABOUT THE TOURNAMENT
The tournament will be run as 3 rounds of Swiss, meaning all players (excluding byes) will participate in each round. Prize support will be provided for the top performing players (subject to event turnout). A judge will be present at the event to run the tournament and answer judge calls.
