ABOUT PRERELEASE
Prerelease is one of the most fun MTG tournament experiences, and only rolls around a limited number of times per year. During the event you will be provided with a shiny new Edge of Eternities prerelease kit, containing 6 Play boosters and a foil promo with which to construct a 40-card deck to play with in the event. As nobody has played with the new cards before, the playing field is as level as it gets, often leading to fun games and exciting moments. This is a great event for new players as you can jump-start your MTG collection.
ABOUT THE TOURNAMENT
The tournament will be run as 3 rounds of Swiss, meaning all players (excluding byes) will participate in each round. Prize support will be provided for the top performing players (subject to event turnout). A judge will be present at the event to run the tournament and answer judge calls. Downloading and logging into the MTG Companion app ahead of time is greatly appreciated as it speeds up the logistics of the event.
